About me

I’m a Hanoi-based therapist offering person-centered therapy in both English and Vietnamese. I hold a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Keele University (accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy – BACP) and have worked in diverse settings across both the UK and Vietnam. I am a registered member of the BACP and work in accordance to their Ethical Framework.

I have experience supporting cancer patients and their carers, abuse survivors, adolescents and young adults with depression, anxiety, and self-harm. My approach is grounded in deep listening, empathy, collaboration, and cultural humility —a space where you are truly heard, accepted, and supported in exploring your own path.

My practice is inclusive and welcomes clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent individuals, and those with disabilities.

If you’re looking for a space to process, heal, and grow, I’d be honored to support you.
